Hi, I'm Vallika :)

I’ve always been fascinated by people — how we think, how we react, how we make decisions. Growing up, I watched stories unfold in books, shows, and conversations, constantly curious about all the different ways people navigate the world. I learned new languages, tried unfamiliar foods, and traveled whenever I could — all because I wanted to better understand what shapes people’s choices, behaviors, and experiences.

I studied Computer Science because I loved understanding how things work. But as I learned to build software, I found myself more drawn to the human side of the equation: why we build things, who we build them for, and how we make sure they actually solve real problems.

That led me into data analysis, user research, and UX design — all different angles of the same question: “How do we create products that make sense for real people?”

I’ve built full applications from the ground up. I’ve analyzed messy data to uncover patterns. I’ve interviewed users to understand frustrations they couldn’t always put into words. My technical background helps me collaborate closely with developers, my design training helps me advocate for users, and my analytical mindset helps me make decisions grounded in real insight. What ties all of it together is simple: I like solving problems that matter.

I’m not a narrow specialist — I’m a generalist who learns quickly, sees patterns across disciplines, and bridges gaps between teams. I thrive at the intersection of technology, design, and human behavior.

Long-term, I’m drawn to product strategy and leadership — where understanding users, technology, and business all come together. Right now, I’m looking for opportunities where I can keep learning, contribute to great teams, and help build products that make a difference.
